What CNshopper is and what it does on your behalf
CNshopper is a shopping agent that buys from Chinese marketplaces for people abroad. You send it a product link, it places the order with the seller, the item travels inside China to its warehouse in Chengdu, and from there it ships internationally when you ask. It acts on your behalf at each step where a foreign buyer would struggle: paying a Chinese seller, receiving domestic delivery, and arranging export shipping.
Its Return & Refund Policy names Taobao, Tmall, 1688, Weidian and Xianyu, and a help article adds JD.com and Xiaohongshu. The site runs in English, Spanish, French, German, Russian and Polish, and there are iOS and Android apps published by CNSPARK INTERNATIONAL LIMITED.
The parts that matter on this site are at the far end of that chain: the parcel checkout where Package Protection is offered, and what happens after a carrier scans the box as delivered.

How to use CNshopper, step by step
- Find the item. From the catalogue shelves here, or CNshopper’s own search, which accepts a pasted link, a keyword or a photo.
- Pay for the goods. The first payment covers the item and the seller’s domestic shipping, plus any order services you pick.
- Wait for warehouse arrival. Help articles say photos, QC and shelving happen within 24 hours of arrival.
- Review the QC photos. This is your last look at the item before it leaves China.
- Submit a parcel. CNshopper weighs and measures it, shows the lines available to your country and the freight for each, and offers Package Protection where the parcel can carry it.
- Pay freight. The forwarding page says freight must be paid within 24 hours of submitting or the parcel is cancelled automatically.
- Track the parcel. CNshopper’s shipping guide notes tracking may take 24 to 72 hours to appear.
Before paying for international shipping, confirm the delivery address and any protection actually offered for the parcel. Keep the order and packing records. The delivery profile can help identify available evidence, but it cannot choose a claim route or promise that one will be accepted.

Fees you will see, and the service fee statement
CNshopper splits payment in two. The first payment is for the goods, the seller’s domestic shipping and any order-related options; the second, after weighing, is international freight. Package Protection, if offered and chosen, is added at that second stage.
Public fee descriptions differ: the blog describes no service fee, while the help centre mentions a small service fee and the terms allow fees where applicable. Check the current order summary, including selected services and payment costs, before paying. We do not treat any one public description as a promise of a zero-fee order.
We do not publish the protection fee. It is shown only at checkout and we could not confirm it from outside an account.
The delivery budget belongs beside the item budget
The first payment concerns the product purchase and the relevant domestic charges. International shipping is paid later for a parcel with selected contents, dimensions and destination. Include conversion or payment costs, packing, requested services and applicable destination charges when deciding whether the purchase is worthwhile.
For a combination of clothing and boxed shoes, compare realistic packing options. Combining orders can avoid repeated parcel fees but may increase volumetric billing. A quote for another basket does not price yours. Check how a shipping deposit is adjusted and what protection, if any, applies to the chosen route and incident. Retain the invoice and delivery evidence; a protection option does not remove the need to follow its reporting process.
Exchange rate and the currency on screen
Marketplace prices are in yuan. CNshopper converts them into the display currency you choose (US dollars, pounds, euros, Australian and Canadian dollars and several more) using its own conversion table, and the amount you pay is the converted one.
We do not print exchange rate readings on this site; they move, and the protection cards do not depend on them. One point does touch this site’s subject: Package Protection pays on product value paid, so the figure that counts in a claim is what your order summary showed, in the currency you paid in.

QC photos at the Chengdu warehouse
After an item arrives, CNshopper may provide QC photos and basic details so you can review it before it ships. Its QC page calls this a visual inspection and lists what the photos help with: appearance, colour, size label, quantity, packaging condition, visible defects, and whether the item generally matches the order.
It is just as clear about the limits. QC is not a professional certification, an authentication service or a laboratory test, and CNshopper’s answer to whether QC can verify authenticity is no. Basic photos are part of the service; extra photos or inspection may cost extra, at a price we could not find published.
The photos carry an overlay with the order number, date, measurements and weight, which is worth keeping: the weight is one of the records the Partial Loss card cares about.

How to check QC photos before the parcel leaves
CNshopper’s QC page gives category checklists. In our own words, the questions worth asking of every set of photos are:
- Is the size on the label the size you ordered, not just the size you expected?
- Does the colour match the option you picked, allowing for warehouse lighting?
- Are all the pieces there: both shoes, the strap, the case, the second item in a set?
- Is there visible damage, staining or a fault in stitching or print?
- Does the overall style match the listing photos?
If something is wrong, section 13 of the refund policy asks you to contact customer service immediately with the order number, product link, a QC photo screenshot, a clear description and your preferred solution. Problems are much easier to settle before shipping than after.

Shipping lines, customs, and the screen where protection is offered
At parcel checkout CNshopper shows the shipping lines available for your country with their delivery time estimates and freight. Delivery times are estimates, as section 14 of the refund policy says, and several things outside CNshopper’s hands can stretch them.
Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility under the Terms of Service and refund policy; some lines are described as tax included. This site does not compare lines or explain customs thresholds.
The same screen is where the Package Protection option appears when it is available for the parcel. That is the moment the four cards on this site become yours or not, so it is the moment to have the porch profile answers to hand.
