Dated notes on CNshopper’s delivery pages and this site’s readings
When each page was read, what we watch for, and which official channels CNshopper runs.
Last updated: readings of 17 October 2026
This site was built from pages read on 17 October 2026. On that date we rendered CNshopper’s Package Protection Policy in a full browser, expanded its FAQ, and confirmed that the Porch Theft card, with its four kinds of evidence, was on the page. We read the Return & Refund Policy, the Terms of Service, the QC Inspection Service page and the Prohibited Items Policy the same day.
We also tested every police, carrier and consumer page linked on the country page, and checked the UK companies register entry for the company named in CNshopper’s terms.
Each later revision will be dated here with what changed. If a CNshopper page changes before we notice, the live page is the one that counts.
Official notices worth watching
Three kinds of CNshopper announcement could change what this site says. A revision of the Package Protection Policy page would change the cards themselves; the page carries no date of its own, so we note when we read it. A change to the parcel checkout could change who can add protection. And notices in the help centre sometimes adjust service details that the policy pages repeat.
Seasonal promotions are a different matter. In October 2026 CNshopper’s site carried a Halloween theme with coupon offers; we do not repeat coupon values, because they change weekly and have nothing to do with a missing parcel.
Community channels CNshopper runs
CNshopper links a Discord server from its site footer, joinable here, and runs a Telegram channel and chat group listed in its help centre. Its footer also links Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts.
Two Reddit communities are linked from different parts of CNshopper’s site under different names. We could not confirm which is official, so we do not link either. We also do not report member counts: they move daily and say nothing about how a claim is handled.
