CNshopper help, delivery words and common questions about an empty porch

Who to contact, what the recurring terms mean, and short answers drawn from CNshopper’s own pages.

Getting help from CNshopper itself

CNshopper offers live chat on its website and in its apps. Its Package Protection page gives [email protected] for coverage questions, claim guidance and claim status, and its Contact Us page says replies come as soon as possible, varying with time zones and holidays. We do not print support hours, because CNshopper’s own pages disagree about them.

For a parcel that shows delivered and is missing, the protection page says CNshopper can help with order information and required documentation; the claim itself goes through the Claims Center. Without protection, section 13 of the refund policy says to contact customer service as soon as possible.

Its Discord server is linked from the site footer: CNshopper on Discord. For anything about this site rather than CNshopper, write to [email protected].

Questions readers send about a delivered parcel

The frequently asked ones, answered from the pages they come from. Open any question to read the answer.

My tracking says delivered. Is that the Lost card?

No. The Lost Package card starts with “Package not marked as delivered”. A delivered scan points to Porch Theft, Misdelivery, or Partial Loss for a split order.

Do I need all four kinds of proof for Porch Theft?

No. The card lists them as “one of”. One accepted item is enough; the review decides what is accepted.

Can I add Package Protection after the parcel ships?

The FAQ says it is added during international parcel checkout and cannot be cancelled once the package has shipped and coverage is active. There is no mention of adding it later.

Does protection pay back my shipping?

No. The page says it covers product value only, not international shipping fees, customs duties and taxes, or the protection fee.

How long do I have to claim?

The Note section says claims must be submitted within 90 days after shipment. Late claims may not be accepted.

Which shipping lines can carry protection?

We could not confirm this without an account. The policy says it is added at parcel checkout, so that screen shows whether your parcel can carry it.

What if I did not buy protection?

CNshopper’s Return & Refund Policy sections 13 and 14 apply. See the no-protection page.

Who decides a claim?

The page says claims are reviewed and processed by the Shipping Protection Provider, which makes the final decision.

Does this site file claims or talk to CNshopper for me?

No. We are an independent reading guide with no access to orders or claims.
